All transactions on 6lotto are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 6lotto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Attempts to deposit from unverified or third-party payment sources will result in the funds being returned and may trigger an AML review.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotional terms. Minimum deposit amounts for specific bonus offers may differ and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon reaching the required number of network confirmations, which may take 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion.
Players may request withdrawal of real money funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. 6lotto reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity and payment method verification.

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Withdrawals from accounts holding active bonuses will be subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds.

All sports betting, live betting, and other wagering activities on 6lotto are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by 6lotto's systems and a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player. Bets that have not received a valid confirmation are not binding on 6lotto. In the event of a technical fault during the bet submission process, the Player should contact the support team immediately.
6lotto reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, provided that the error was material and would not have been reasonably accepted by a prudent bettor as a genuine market price. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable result is determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for the relevant sport indicate otherwise. Bets on postponed events will generally remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours. Events rescheduled beyond 48 hours may be voided at 6lotto's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6lotto Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

Upon termination for breach of Terms, 6lotto reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including both real money and Bonus Funds. Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting the 6lotto support team. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.
